MAWIDA TRAINING
Mawida Training is an initiative created to improve and provide the necessary tools to navigate mountainous terrain with maximum independence. This involves excursions throughout the year, where outdoor education plays a vital role. Specifically, the excursions are aimed at improving the performance of individuals according to the season and prevailing conditions of the area. The activities include:

Hiking, Rock Climbing, Trekking, Comprehensive Mountain Techniques, Ice Climbing, Avalanche Courses, First Aid Training, Rope Use, Knots and Tying Techniques, Meteorology, Map and GPS Orientation, Mobile App Usage, Mountain Skiing, Skiing on-Piste and Off-Piste, Self-Rescue Techniques, and Leave No Trace activities. After 10 outings, our company will issue a certified diploma accrediting participation in MAWIDA TRAINING, valid as a basic mountain course.

In Winter 2021, we will offer the full AIARE Avalanche training to complement your existing knowledge with this amazing Canadian school, all led by Manuel Mingo and Christian Steidle.
